Simplicity 950The Simplicity 950 has a compact slim and stylish design. This lift is fitted to the stairs and sits close to the edge of the staircase, leaving the stairs clear for other users, when it is not being used it can be folded up to maximise the space on the stairs or hallway. When the lift is at the top of the stairs, it can turn to face the landing so that the user can mount and dismount with ease, safety and comfort.The 950 is battery operated, so it can still be used even in the event of a power failure. The battery receives a continuous charge from the mains supply, irrespective of where the lift is situated on the track. This means that the stairlift can be parked anywhere on the track when it is not in use. The Simplicity 950 has an easy to use toggle control, which can be fitted to either the left or the right hand arm of the seat. It is also protected by a key switch which prevents it from being used by anybody who shouldn't do so. The Simplicity 950 is available as a sit down stairlift, or as a stand and perch stairlift, and is fitted with a seatbelt as standard for safety. Minivator 1000The Minivator 1000 is a battery operated slim line design, with a uniquely slim rail, making it both practical and stylish, which is fitted to the stairs, leaving plenty of room on the stairs for other users. It can be folded away when not in use, requiring minimum storage space. There is also a powered footplate which makes folding the lift easier, eliminating the need for bending.The Minivator 1000 has two charging points, both at the top and the bottom of the track.
